In April and May 2020, I led a co-production social media campaign for Whipple Observatory to encourage the public to capture and submit photos of the moon that were then paired with educational information about Earth’s nearest neighbor.
Star Wars Day was “forced” to go virtual in 2020, and I stood up to the challenge with multiple videos and visual communication tools aimed at keeping the gateway to science open from anywhere.
